These TLT Corporate terms and conditions govern the use of booking services provided by TLT Corporate Travel Private Limited, a vertical of Luxury Travel MICE LLP, to corporate customers and travellers. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These TLT Corporate terms and conditions apply alongside our refund policy and privacy policy, and are governed by Indian law, including principles set out in the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force.

We may update these TLT Corporate terms and conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, supplier policies or applicable law. Continued use of our booking services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, please contact us.

• All bookings are subject to supplier terms (airlines, hotels, rail, bus). TLT acts as an agent for suppliers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment (if required) and issuance of the supplier confirmation or ticket.

• Prices shown exclude or include taxes as stated at the time of booking. Additional government taxes, service charges or levies may apply and will be added to the invoice.
• Quoted corporate rates are valid for the booking window specified and are subject to availability.

• Payment terms will be agreed in the corporate contract (prepaid, credit terms, or on-invoice). Payment must be made by the due date.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and applicable fees and interest.

• TLT’s liability is limited to that of an agent unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for supplier performance, delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third parties, force majeure, acts of government, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance must be arranged by the traveller or corporate client; TLT can assist with commercial travel insurance options.

• All website content, logos and materials are owned by TLT or used under license. You may not reproduce our content without written permission.

• We collect and process personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to such processing.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat (or as agreed in the corporate contract).

• We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version posted on our website is effective immediately.
